Keesha’s Tips & Tricks

  • Toast Just Before Serving: When I’m hosting friends and family, I always toast the bread right before serving. It keeps it warm and crispy.
  • Chop Everything Evenly: I like to chop all the fruits and veggies into small, even pieces. It makes every bite feel balanced.
  • Cool Bread Slightly: Let bread cool for a minute before topping so it stays crisp longer.

How to Store Tropical Bruschetta

If you have leftovers, store the fruit mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Bread is best toasted fresh, so keep extra slices sealed at room temperature. To serve, re-toast the bread and top with the chilled mixture.

FAQs about Tropical Bruschetta

Look for tomatoes that are ripe but still firm. They should feel heavy for their size and hold their shape when chopped, without being soft or watery.

Yes! This recipe is very flexible. Mango works beautifully, but pineapple, kiwi, peaches, or even diced apples are all great options depending on what you have and what’s in season.
