VEGAN PEACH SALAD

My vegan peach salad recipe is full of tomato, avocado, fresh herbs and lettuce, and of course, delicious ripe peaches. It is the perfect easy summer lunch to eat outside in the sun, and can be made in less than five minutes.

Ingredients
 
 

FOR THE SALAD:

  • 1 pound Lettuce
  • 2 Peaches
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Parsley freshly chopped
  • ¼ cup Chives freshly chopped

FOR THE DRESSING:

  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Peach syrup or peach-infused vinegar you can also use canned peach juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut all the vegetables and fruits into your desired shape and put everything in a big bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and add it to the salad.
  • Serve it with some bread on the side.
