Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 4 medium kiwis
  • watermelon
  • ½ cantaloupe Melon
  • 1 medium mango
  • 2 peachesan
  • 2 medium bananas

Instructions

Prepare the fruits

  • The raspberries and blueberries can be washed and dried. You don't have to cut them in any way.
  • Peel the kiwis and slice them into quarters. Depending on the size of the kiwi, you may want to slice them into smaller pieces. Each piece should be roughly 1 inch in width and length.
  • Cut the watermelon into thirds. Wrap the remaining watermelon and store it inside the fridge. Peel the remaining third. Then, cut the red flesh into 1-inch cubes. set them aside.
  • Repeat the same process for the cantaloupe melon as the watermelon. Cut the flesh into 1-inch cubes.
  • Next, peel the mango. Then, cut the flesh off the pit. Portion the pieces into roughly 1-inch pieces. They should be the same size (more or less) as the rest of the fruit.
  • Then, you don't have to peel the peaches, but you can if you don't like their skins. Cut the flesh away from the peach pit. Then, cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  • Finally, peel the bananas and slice them into 1/2-inch slices.

Thread the rainbow fruit skewers

  • Make sure your skewers are completely clean before threading the fruit on them. If you use wooden skewers, make sure there aren't any splinters.
  • Then, thread the prepared fruit onto the skewers one at a time. There isn't a specific order you have to follow. But, for accuracy, follow the rainbow color pattern.
  • Repeat the colors (fruits) until you only have an inch of skewer left on both sides.
  • Place the finished skewers on a serving dish and serve it with your favorite accompaniment.
