Juicy Piri Piri Chicken in the Air Fryer

6 chicken thighs 1 lemon 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp fine salt 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder 3 tbsp Piri-Piri spice mix 1 tsp Chili flakes fresh parsley, chopped Yogurt sauce for dipping
To begin, place the chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl. Then, squeeze some lemon juice over them.
Drizzle the chicken thighs with a little oil. Make sure they are well coated. Then, add all the spices over the oiled thighs.
Once you've added the spices, start tossing them with the chicken. Turn the thighs to make sure they're well coated with the spices and oil.
Once the chicken is well coated, place it in the refrigerator and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your air fryer to 200 °C (400 °F).
Next, place the seasoned Peri Peri chicken thighs inside the air fryer. Stack them in a single layer.
Fry the chicken thighs for a total of 20-25 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, be sure to turn the Piri Piri chicken thighs over.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and a delicious yogurt sauce.
