Iced coffee just isn't right if there is no ice cream in it. This Ice Cream Coffee features expresso, coffee ice cream, and vanilla ice cream. Not only is it the perfect hybrid between iced coffee and frappe, but it is the perfect way to get your coffee and dessert fix at the same time!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup espresso
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 scoop coffee ice cream
  • whipped cream for garnish
  • melted chocolate for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Place the espresso, milk, vanilla ice cream, and coffee ice cream into a blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Pour the coffee ice cream into a glass and top it with the whipped cream and melted chocolate. 
  • Serve and enjoy!
