Today's crispy air-fried potato wedges are incredibly easy to make, hassle-free, and relatively quick. And, you can play around with the seasoning and customize it to your liking!
Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF (200ºC). If you want to, line it with parchment paper.
To start, make sure you have washed the potatoes properly. Use a scrubbing brush if you have to.
Next, cut the potatoes into wedges. If you are using small potatoes, cut them into 6-8 wedges. Medium potatoes can be cut into 8-12 pieces. And large potatoes can be cut into 16 wedges. It depends on your preference.
Once the potatoes are cut, add them to a large bowl. Add the olive oil and all of the spices. Mix them well so the wedges are coated evenly.
Place the wedges inside the preheated air fryer and make sure they don't overlap too much.
Allow the wedges to cook for roughly 10-15 minutes. Flip them over and leave them to cook for another 5 minutes or until they are crispy.
Serve the wedges immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
