Today's crispy air-fried potato wedges are incredibly easy to make, hassle-free, and relatively quick. And, you can play around with the seasoning and customize it to your liking!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp chili powder, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF (200ºC). If you want to, line it with parchment paper.
  • To start, make sure you have washed the potatoes properly. Use a scrubbing brush if you have to.
  • Next, cut the potatoes into wedges. If you are using small potatoes, cut them into 6-8 wedges. Medium potatoes can be cut into 8-12 pieces. And large potatoes can be cut into 16 wedges. It depends on your preference.
  • Once the potatoes are cut, add them to a large bowl. Add the olive oil and all of the spices. Mix them well so the wedges are coated evenly.
  • Place the wedges inside the preheated air fryer and make sure they don't overlap too much.
  • Allow the wedges to cook for roughly 10-15 minutes. Flip them over and leave them to cook for another 5 minutes or until they are crispy.
  • Serve the wedges immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
