Ingredients

  • 2 cups papaya
  • 1 ½ cups kiwi
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • First, gather and prepare your fruit. Slice the papaya and kiwi, removing any seeds or tough skin. The riper the fruit, the sweeter and more flavorful your popsicles will be.
  • Next, add the papaya, kiwi, evaporated milk, almond milk, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. It should have a thick, velvety texture and a golden-green hue from the fruit.
  • Then, carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds. Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
  • Insert the popsicle sticks and place them in the freezer.
  • Finally, freeze the popsicles for at least 6 hours, or overnight if you can.
  • When you're ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release them with ease.
