Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried rosemary
  • ½- 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon
  • 2 Whole chicken breasts boneless, and skinless
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, honey, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and garlic.
  • Place the chicken in a large resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the air fryer for a few minutes.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly coat it with cooking spray. Next, place the marinated chicken in the air fryer.
  • Cook at 375ºF / 190ºC for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken, add some more marinade (if desired), and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF / 75ºC, ensuring the chicken is no longer pink inside.
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then cut the chicken breasts into slices. Serve with baked potato wedges or a refreshing green salad.
