I’m so excited to share this Air Fried Shrimp Spring Rolls recipe with you today! It’s one of my favorite recipes to make because it’s healthy, easy, and SO delicious.

Garlic minced Cabbage finely sliced Carrots matchstick cut Cans Shrimp drained Soy sauce Salt and freshly ground black pepper Spring roll wrappers Cooking spray
Add the garlic to the sauté pan and cook until fragrant. Add the cabbage and carrots and sauté until the vegetables are slightly tender.
Add the shrimp and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and then stir to combine. Sauté until the moisture has evaporated, 2 more minutes.
Place a spring roll wrapper on a work surface, so it looks like a diamond. Place 1 tablespoon of the shrimp mixture on the lower end of the wrapper.
They go great with soy sauce, but if that's too boring, try serving them with sweet and sour sauce instead!
