Ingredientes

Fruit Base

  • 2 cups papaya (cubed)
  • cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk (or almond milk if preferred)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Flavor Boost

  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A squeeze of lime juice

Instrucciones

  1. First, prep your fruit. Peel and cube the papaya, then hull and slice the strawberries. The riper your fruit, the sweeter and more flavorful your popsicles will be.

  2. Next, add all your ingredients to a blender: the papaya, strawberries, evaporated milk, coconut milk (or almond milk), vanilla, and that optional touch of cinnamon or lime juice if you’re using it.

  3. Then, blend everything on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

  4. Give it a quick taste. If your fruit wasn't super ripe, you might want to add a tiny splash of honey or maple syrup, but it’s totally optional.

  5. Now, pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Tap the molds gently on the counter to release any air bubbles, then insert your popsicle sticks.

  6. Finally, freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until completely solid.

  7. When you're ready to enjoy them, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds and they’ll pop right out.
