WATERMELON SORBET

My favorite and ingenious hack for quick and easy watermelon sorbet uses only three ingredients, and no fancy equipment is required!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 Large watermelon
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions
 

  • Cut the head off the watermelon and scoop out a little hole from the middle. Place the stick blender inside the watermelon and blend carefully until smooth.
  • Add the lime juice and honey to the watermelon. Blend again.
  • Freeze it for 6 to 8 hours, or until firm. Once the sorbet has reached the correct texture, take it out of the freezer and enjoy.
