Today's Valentine's day smoothie is made with beetroot, strawberries, banana, and almond milk. It is incredibly easy to make, quick, and packed with flavors and nutrients too!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup raw beetroot, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • To start, prepare all of the ingredients. You can prepare and freeze any fresh ingredients you are using. Also, take time to measure out the ingredients before you start.
  • Then, add the beetroot, frozen banana, strawberry, almond milk, and vanilla extract to a blender jug.
  • Blend the ingredients together until you have a uniform, thick, and creamy smoothie.
  • Pour it into glasses immediately and serve it with a fresh strawberry garnish.
