Equipment

  • Heart-shaped popsicle molds
  • Blender or food processor
  • Sieve (optional, for straining seeds)

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces (approx. 200g) fresh raspberries, washed
  • ¼ cup (about 2 ounces) condensed milk

Instructions

  • Place the washed raspberries in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a smoother texture without seeds, strain the raspberry puree through a sieve.
  • Pour the raspberry puree into a bowl. Gradually add condensed milk, stirring constantly. Taste the mixture as you go, adding more condensed milk until you reach the desired sweetness and creamy consistency
  • Carefully pour the raspberry and condensed milk mixture into the heart-shaped popsicle molds. If your molds have sticks, insert them now. If not, freeze the popsicles for about an hour until they're just set enough to hold a stick upright, then insert a popsicle stick into each one.
  • Place the filled molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or ideally overnight, to ensure the popsicles are fully set.
