Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 pounds Raw shrimp cleaned and shelled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 Orange juiced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Sherry wine
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine the shrimp, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Combine lemon juice, orange juice and sherry wine in a container and add to the shrimp.
  • Place a frying pan on the stove over medium heat and add the butter. Once it has melted, add the shrimp and juices. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes maximum, or just until they turn pink. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • The shrimp can be served with toasted bread, fresh salad, or rice. They are also very delicious over good pasta.
