For the glass tims
- Lime juice or water
- Festive hundred and thousands (for a sweet shot)
- Tajin seasoning (for authentic, savory shots)
For the candy shots
- 4 ounces white unflavored tequila
- 2 ounces watermelon schnapps
- 4 dashes hot sauce, optional for a fiery taste
- Watermelon or lime wedge, for garnish
Prepare the glass rim
Get 4 shot glasses ready and make sure they are clean.
Place the lime juice or water on a flat plate. Place the festive hundred and thousands (or tajin) in a separate bowl or plate.
Dip the rim of the shot glass in lime juice or water. Make sure it's covered well.
