1/2tspfreshly ground black pepper
Scrambled Eggs
4Large eggs
½TbspButter
Instructions
Seasoning
Simply combine all of the dried and ground spices in a small container.
Add the lid and give the mix a couple of shakes to distribute the spices and herbs evenly.
Store the scrambled egg spice mix in an airtight container and store it in a cool, dark, and dry place.
Making the Scrambled Eggs
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Use a fork, and whisk to gently beat the eggs until they are well mixed.
Using a non-stick skillet over medium heat, let the butter melt or heat oil until it shimmers.
Add in the egg mixture, and after a few seconds, start stirring gently with a spatula or wooden spoon.
After about 30 seconds, the eggs will start to form curds. Keep stirring gently, scraping the bottom of the skillet, until the eggs are almost set but still a bit runny.
Remove the skillet from the heat while stirring continuously until the eggs reach the desired consistency. They should be moist, creamy, and still slightly runny.
Add 1-2 tsp of the seasoning mix and serve the scrambled eggs immediately, garnished with chopped herbs and grated cheese.
