Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 1/5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe, deep bowl, whisk together three eggs. Gradually pour in the milk, followed by the salt, whisking to ensure an even distribution. Additional seasonings or spices may be incorporated as desired.
  • Using a fork or whisk, stir the mixture vigorously until all components are seamlessly blended.
  • Place the bowl in a microwave set to medium power (800-1000 watts). After 30 seconds, carefully remove the bowl, and stir the eggs, noting that they will have started to firm up, especially on the surface.
  • Place the dish back into the microwave for an additional half minute. At this stage, the scrambled eggs will be nearly finished. Stir once more, keeping an eye on the consistency. If the eggs remain slightly moist, continue cooking until they reach your preferred texture.
  • Cook for an additional 15 seconds if a less moist scramble is desired. For a drier scramble, continue cooking in 15-second intervals, checking and stirring between each pulse. Typically, one or two additional 15-second pulses will achieve the desired texture.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or accompaniments if desired. Enjoy your perfectly microwave-cooked scrambled eggs.
