Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 Large Apples
  • 3 cups Water
  • ½ Lemon
  • A small piece of ginger (optional)
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)

Instructions
 

For Blender:

  • Thoroughly wash the apples under running water to remove any dirt.
  • Cut the apples into quarters, ensuring to remove the seeds and core.
  • In a blender, combine the apple pieces, water, lemon juice, ginger (if using), and mint leaves.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Strain the apple juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher or bowl, pressing the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
  • If desired, sweeten the juice with honey, adjusting the amount to your taste.
  • Serve the juice over ice for a refreshing drink.

For Juicer:

  • Wash and quarter the apples, removing the seeds and core.
  • Feed the apple quarters into the juicer, followed by lemon juice, ginger, and mint leaves.
  • Once all ingredients are juiced, taste the juice and add honey if desired for sweetness.
  • Stir well and pour over ice to serve.
