Coquito, also called Puerto Rican eggnog, is a delicious creamy cocktail made with coconut milk, warming cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, and a hit of white rum. Quick and easy to make in a blender, and the perfect Christmas party drink or gift for a loved-one!

2 cups Coconut milk 1 cup Coconut cream ½ cup Sweetened condensed milk 1 cup Evaporated milk ½ cup White rum 1 ½ tsp Vanilla extract ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon ¼ tsp Ground nutmeg ¼ tsp Ground clove Cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon for garnish
Take the coconut milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, rum, vanilla extract, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a blender.
Mixed it well and then pour into a bottle and cover it. And place it in the fridge for at least 4 to 6 hours.
Mix it well before serving, and decorate the glasses with a cinnamon stick on the side or sprinkle some cinnamon spice on top.
