Place the kale, lamb's lettuce, arugula, and parsley into a bowl and add the cucumber, celery, green onion, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
Slice the air-fried chicken breast into 1/4-1/2-inch slices.
Divide the kale salad between two bowls and add a sliced chicken fillet to each bowl.
