Peel the sweet potatoes and cut each into ¼-inch thick slices.
Put the sweet potatoes in a large bowl, and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
You can cook the sweet potatoes in 2 or 3 batches until they are crispy. Cook for about 12 minutes and you can turn them after 6 (depending on your air fryer).
