Peach Strawberry Smoothie

This Valentine's day peach strawberry smoothie is incredibly quick and easy to make. And, best of all, it's one less calorie-packed thing to serve on your romantic day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups peach
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • To start, prepare the fruits. Wash and dry all of the fruits first. Then, cut them all into bite-sized chunks.
  • Once the fruits are prepared, place them all into the blender.
  • Add the yogurt and coconut milk.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you have a uniform lump-free smoothie.
  • This is where you can strain the smoothie to remove some of the pulp. But it's completely optional!
  • Pour the fresh peach strawberry smoothie into glasses and garnish each with thin slices of fresh peach.
  • Serve immediately alongside a special breakfast or as part of a romantic picnic.
