Large chicken thighs Lime Olive oil Sea salt Ground black pepper Cayenne pepper Onion powder Dried oregano Dried mixed herbs Garlic powder
To start, make sure that the chicken thighs are completely cleaned. You can wipe them down with a piece of paper towel or a damp cloth.
Then, before seasoning the thighs, make sure that the chicken is completely dry. This will help the skin become crispy.
Once the thighs are cleaned, place them into a large mixing bowl. Slice the lime in half and squeeze its juice over the chicken.
