In today’s recipe, I will show you how to make Sriracha chicken wing marinade that is perfect for the Super Bowl! This recipe has completely different flavor profiles and creates different textures.

INGREDIENTS

– Chicken wings – Onion powder – Fine salt – Freshly ground black pepper – Paprika – Cayenne pepper

You can combine all of the dry spices with the baking powder in a large mixing bowl.

Next, add the dry chicken wings to the spice mix. Toss them well so that they are all evenly coated.

Place the seasoned wings on a lined roasting tray and bake them for roughly 10-12 minutes.

Do you have to soak wings before marinating them?

This is an old trick  I sometimes still do. Soaking the wings in salted water helps tenderize the meat and adds a little bit of flavor.

Should I put oil on the wings?

You really don’t have to. Plus, the first recipe already has oil to help tenderize the meat.
