Ingredients

HOW TO MAKE A CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY BOUQUET?

If this bouquet is a gift, you will want it to look the part, so cover a pail in some pretty paper, or brown parcel paper as they do in florists.

PREPARE THE FLOWERS

Including flowers in your bouquet adds extra romance, plus they smell wonderful!

PREPARE THE STRAWBERRIES

Wash all the strawberries thoroughly and remove the leaves. Carefully dry them – the chocolate won’t set on the strawberries if they are slightly wet.

MELT THE CHOCOLATE

Chocolate melts are perfect for this as they don’t need to be tempered. Either melt them in a double boiler – a bowl set over simmering water on the stove – or in the microwave.
