Puerto Rican Shrimp Recipe

Raw shrimp Salt and pepper Garlic clove Lemon Orange Sherry wine Butter Parsley

Combine the shrimp, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Set aside.

Combine lemon juice, orange juice and sherry wine in a container and add to the shrimp.

Place a frying pan on the stove over medium heat and add butter. Once it has melted, add the shrimp and juices. Cook for 3-5 minutes max or just until they turn pink. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
