A fresh salad is always a great combination with balsamic chicken.
Cut potatoes into wedges, spray with cooking oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake for around 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with ketchup, sour cream, or yogurt and chives.
Marinating: The marinade needs at least 2 hours to soak the chicken. So if you have time earlier in the day or the day before, the chicken can sit in the zip-lock bag of marinade for 24 hours in the fridge.
