- Flour - Salt - Cold Butter - Egg - Water or Milk - Cherry Tomatoes - Black Pepper - Basil - Mozzarella cheese - Egg Yolk
First, start by preparing the filling by washing and cutting the cherry tomatoes in half. Then slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
For the dough, place the all-purpose flour and salt into a food processor bowl and blitz it to combine. Add the butter and process it until the butter resembles fine bread crumbs.
