There are so many alternatives for chicken broth that it may become a little difficult to choose one that works for you. Don’t use an alternative just because you have to. It has to make sense, and it has to work well. And take a risk every now and then.
Chicken broth is a flavoring liquid made from actual pieces of meat and vegetables. Stock, on the other hand, is made from bones and vegetables.
