– Rice – Water – Cinnamon sticks – Spices – Salt – Evaporated milk – Sugar – Raisins – Butter – Nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine the uncooked rice, 3 cups of water, cloves, and cinnamon sticks in a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Then transfer the soaked rice mixture to a large pot. Stir in the salt and the rest of the water.

Bring the mixture to a boil. Leave the rice to cook until it becomes tender, then add the sugar and evaporated milk.
