Delicious and tender chicken marinated in honey balsamic glaze and cooked in the air fryer for a quick and effortless mid-week dinner!

What You Need:

– Balsamic vinegar – Honey – Olive oil – Dried rosemary leaves – Salt

In a small bowl combine the vinegar, honey, mustard, lemon, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken pieces to a large resealable bag and pour the marinate over it.

STEP 3

Put the chicken in the air fryer, spritz the top of the chicken with the left over marinade, and set the timer and cook for 10 minutes.

CAN I PREPARE IT IN ADVANCE?

The marinade needs at least 2 hours to soak the chicken. So if you have time earlier in the day or the day before, the chicken can sit in the zip-lock bag of marinade for 24 hours in the fridge.
