  • 1 tablespoon vegan Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Soda water
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the steamer to 210°F / 100°C.
  • Cut the carrots into 0.4-inch / 1 cm thick sticks and place them in an unperforated cooking bowl with butter, soda water, vanilla sugar, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
