Keesha's Tropical Shrimp Salad

If you are looking for a light and healthy meal for the summer months, then this tropical Shrimp Salad is definitely an ideal option!

Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 ½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Radishes
  • 250g Shrimps
  • Chives
  • Dressing:
  • Dressing
  • Yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Parsley
  • Lime Juice

Instructions

Cut the vegetables and fruits in pieces and put them together in a big bowl with the dressing

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan at medium level

Add the shrimps and fry them for 4 to 5 minutes

Season them with salt, pepper and chili

Add some lemon juice for the taste

Serve with some lettuce
