Mango Lassi

Keesha's Tropical Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped very ripe mango or frozen chopped mango.
  • 2-3 teaspoons honey or sugar (depending on how sweet the mango is)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.

You can add some ice or keep it in the fridge for a few hours before you serve it.

The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
