  • 4 small avocados
  • ½ Cup Bread crumps
  • ¼ Cup Olive oil/or 1 egg
  • Salt


Preheat oven to 350 and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray Peal the avocado and cut it in stripes Dip avocados in oil/egg, then put some salt, then dip it into crumbs And place it on a prepared baking sheet and bake it for about 15-20 mins Serve the delicious avocado with some creamy sauce or as a side dish
