This recipe is the perfect idea for a creative appetizer to open up your next party. It is quick, simple and absolutely delicious! Feel free to play around with the ingredients and fill them with your favorite veggies.

Ingredients

  • 4 Ripe Plantains
  • 1 Cup Corn Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Lemon
  • A few Cherry tomatoes
  • Parsley

Instructions

First, peel the ripe plantains and put them in a bowl

Then mash the plantains with a fork or a potatoes masher until they are smooth

Add the corn flour, salt, and pepper

Form little balls and dip them in the breadcrumbs

Fry them at medium heat until they are golden brown on both sides

In the meantime, mash the avocado and mix it with lime juice and chives

Chop the cherry tomatoes and the parsley

Fill up the mini burgers and serve them hot or cold
