  • 3 ripe kiwis
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • ½ banana
  • ½ lime
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Peel the kiwis and cut them in quarters. Slice the banana in round pieces. Add kiwis, spinach, lime, banana, and chia seeds to the blender. Add orange juice to the blender.
