Ingredients

  • The Anti-Oxidant Smoothie:
  • 1 banana
  • 80 gm mango
  • 80 gm pineapple
  • 10 gm almonds
  • 1 orange
  • Water
  • The Cucumber-Pineapple Smoothie:
  • 85 gm pineapple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 leaves of chard
  • 4 leaves of kale
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon of linseeds
  • The Apple-Strawberry-Mint Smoothie:
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ green apple
  • 150 gm of strawberries
  • Water

Instructions

Chop the large pieces of fruit and vegetables into smaller pieces. Add half a cup of ice (if you want it cold) and blend everything until you obtain a smooth consistency without any lumps. Pour into glasses, serve and enjoy!
