French Toast

Keesha's Cinnamon French Toast

Try my delicious French Toast recipe with Cinnamon, Raspberries and Blueberries!

Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 ½ Cup Milk
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • Butter
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Red Currants

Instructions

Beat together egg, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.

Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat.

Dunk each slice of bread in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.

Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden.

Top it up with mashed raspberries

Decorate with powdered sugar, blueberries and red currents

Serve hot
