Ingredients

  • 65g Berries, frozen (Blueberries, Strawberries, etc.);
  • 1 small avocado or half avocado
  • 3 tablespoon Vanilla protein powder;
  • 1 cup milk, any kind.

Instructions

Put all the ingredients into a blender one-by-one and blend them well till you see the consistency. You can keep some strawberries (one or two) for garnishing your delicious smoothie.
