Ingredients

  • 20g cup Oats rolled the old-fashioned way;
  • ½ cup plain & low-fat Yogurt;
  • ½ cup Almond milk;
  • 1 whole Banana, cut into thirds;
  • ¼ teaspoon ground Cinnamon;
  • 1 teaspoon Honey, optional.

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients well and blend together in a blender until you get the desired consistency; pour into a glass and season with grounded Cinnamon. Enjoy!
